Meet Our Head Chef, Janek

With over a decade of culinary experience, including 13 years as part of the esteemed Young’s family, our head chef, Janek, brings passion and creativity to every dish. Specializing in The Shack and British classics with a modern twist, Janek’s menus are a true celebration of seasonal, locally sourced British meats and vegetables.

Inspired by the flavours and stories from our customers’ travels, Janek infuses global influences into traditional favourites, creating a dining experience that’s both comforting and exciting.

Our menus are like a mixtape of culinary coolness – from seasonal hits to classic bangers. Weekends are a vibe with the Burger Shack bringing the fire, and Sundays are all about that roast game. Special events? We’ve got menus that are as lit as the party.
